We had a malfunction with our heater and it was super cold. One call to Carter Systems is all it took! It was on a Saturday night and I received a call back very quickly. Ethan arrived after hours and easily diagnosed the issue. He was very professional and explained the repair. We recently purchased a new-to-us home and weren't surprised when we began to have unforeseen issues with the HVAC system since it was apparent the previous owners deferred the maintenance on the house in general. Since our former HVAC tech had retired, our search for a new tech began. After trying several techs that had good reviews (only to find out that their reviews were better than they actually were....) we reached out to Carter Comfort Systems. Andrew and Ethan showed up to debug our heating system, which was working but not well. They collectively spent several hours troubleshooting our system and came up with a technically plausible reason for the trouble we were experiencing. The fact that they actually troubleshot the system was a refreshing change from the previous 'techs' that only guessed (and guessed wrong) at what was wrong. We authorized the repair, which was quickly done by Andrew, and we now have a much more comfortable home. Two thumbs up to Ethan and Andrew for the interaction we had with them from beginning to end.

They Really Saved the Day
There are so many good things to say about our recent experience with Carter Comfort Systems! Last week our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. We called just to ask a safety question, and they were quick to alleviate our worries. They let us know they'd be able to send someone the same day to look at the system as well, which was not something we expected! Our tech, Andrew, made it out to us and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it! Not only that, but he took the time to show me what the issue was, how it happened, and give me a brief tour of how our system worked, which I really appreciated!
